How It Works
- Book & brief - share address, date/time window, access method, alarm codes (if any) and whether the property is tenant-occupied or vacant.
- Pre-check - send us your Entry Notice (Form 9) / written access confirmation (tenant-occupied) or key pick-up plan (when property is vacant).
- On-site - we open, attend, supervise and close.
- Wrap up - you receive a brief confirmation/report and any agreed photos or specific requests.
- Return keys - if key collection & drop-off is within reasonable travel distance from the property, no travel surcharges apply.
