Whether you live independently, with support or manage properties for others; InspectCare provides Category 1: General Property Care & Support to keep homes safe, functional and well-presented. We don’t provide personal care of direct NDIS-funded support; only practical property services that make life easier and give peace of mind.
Here are just some of the ways we can be of support:
Property Check-Ins - Routine visits to visually check the home’s condition and address minor issues, including proper lock-up and no signs of breach or attempted break-in.
Authorised Access - Securely granting entry for support workers, trades, deliveries or service providers.
Light Property Maintenance - Undertaking small repairs, general garden upkeep such as weeding and mowing or cleaning services.
Urgent Damage Reports - Responding to post-storm call-outs or other urgent property concerns.
Safety & Functionality Checks - Ensuring essential household systems & appliances are working and power is connected (e.g. fridges, security gates etc).
We provide our support to: NDIS participants directly, NDIS-registered providers, SDA property owners and managers.
