Scope & Boundaries
To keep things safe & compliant:
- We don’t perform licensed electrical/gas/plumbing, roofing at height, pest treatments, asbestos/lead work, or structural repairs.
- Heavy tree work, gutters at height, major repairs: we’ll coordinate licensed trades & supervise if you wish.
- Waste & materials: small green-waste removal included; large loads/tip runs and consumables/parts at cost with approval.

No. New clients are welcome. If you already use InspectCare, you can ass maintenance to your check-ins for convenience.

If our bond clean let you down; we will return to make it right ‘based on items covered in original scope’. We also photo-document the bond clean (with timestamped before/after) for your & our records.
“Re-clean Promise” Policy:
Trigger: Send us the agent/PM’s checklist or exit report within 72 hours of handover.
What’s covered: A single re-visit to re-clean items included in our original quote/scope that were reasonably missed.
What’s not covered: New damage or wear, maintenance/repairs, pest issues, items outside scope (e.g., steam carpet, high-access, exterior window at height unless quoted), or areas made dirty again after our clean.
Conditions: Property must be vacant, accessible, and have power/water on for the re-clean.
Evidence: We provide before/after, timestamped photos at completion.
Important: We can’t guarantee bond release. Final decisions rest with the agent/landlord. Our re-clean aims to rectify any miss within scope so your place presents at its best.

Yes, via partner trades. We will obtain quotes for your approval, coordinate access and (if requested) supervise.

Small volumes, yes. Larger loads are quoted & approved by you beforehand. If you have green bins on-site, we can use those too (with your permission).
