Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need my own car?
Yes. All our roles are field-based and involve travel between properties, so you need a current driver's licence and your own registered, appropriately insured vehicle. InspectCare is planning a fleet but does not currently supply vehicles for these roles. If you don't have a car, you're not currently eligible for our field-based roles, but you can still submit an application to register your interest and we'll keep it on file in case company vehicles become available.
Do I need my own tools or equipment?
No. InspectCare provides the equipment and materials required for your assigned work. Employees are currently required to have their own reliable, registered and appropriately insured vehicle for travel between job locations. Any equipment collection or transport arrangements will be explained during onboarding.
Will I be paid for using my car and travelling between jobs?
Yes, eligible approved work-related vehicle use is paid the applicable award kilometre allowance. Where required under the relevant award, travel time between workplaces is also paid. Specific arrangements are confirmed with you before you begin work.
Can I apply without previous experience?
Yes. Tell us about your skills and interests. Some positions require experience, qualifications or screening checks, while other opportunities may suit applicants who are willing to learn.
Am I applying for a current vacancy?
