We send a job brief where there is a suitable opportunity. You decide whether to quote and provide your proposed price and availability.
Operate Independently
Run your own business, provide your own equipment and team where applicable, and remain free to serve other clients, subject to agreed quality and site requirements.
Written Job Approval
Work only proceeds once InspectCare accepts your quote and confirms the scope, price and timeframe in writing. Registering or quoting does not guarantee work.
Complete & Invoice
Complete the approved scope, supply agreed completion evidence, and issue your business invoice under the agreed payment terms.

Does registering guarantee work?
No. Registration lets us assess your business for suitable opportunities. We only engage a contractor for a particular job after an agreed quote and written job approval.
Can I choose which jobs to quote on?
Yes. You decide whether to submit a quote for a job request. You are not obliged to quote on or accept every opportunity, and you can continue working for your own customers.
Who provides tools, materials and labour?
Your business normally supplies the equipment and personnel needed to deliver the approved job. Any specialist materials, access requirements or subcontracting conditions are agreed for the particular scope.
How and when do I get paid?
Provide your invoice after the agreed work and any required completion evidence are delivered. Payment arrangements and any applicable contractual conditions are confirmed as part of the engagement.
